I specialize in working with Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families. Those that have suffered from abuse, trauma, neglect, co-dependency, and loss of connection with their inner child as a result of growing up with an alcoholic often find they are repeating the same destructive patterns in their own lives. My clinical focus is to help you in recognizing and healing your inner child, mastering your mindset for self-growth, reducing and learning to use your anxiety, recognizing and shifting co-dependent behaviors, and changing your negative internal dialogue.
With a warm, authentic, and non-judgmental manner, we will work on fostering positive change in your behavior, patterns, relationships and self-worth. Together, we will go to war with your inner programming to develop self-trust and self-love for lasting and natural change. Open up, Learn and Grow.
I cannot work with those that are currently active in their addictions. I am not an emergency service provider. I do not provide on-call services, if you or someone you know is in a mental health crisis or life-threatening situation, and need immediate assistance, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room
I am licensed in New York and Colorado and can only work with people who reside in those states.
My fee is $200.00 per session through Zelle. I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance. Please check with your insurance company before beginning in treatment about their reimbursement policy.
